EMBROIDERY 

Quantity - the higher the quantity the lower the price.  Our standard breaks are 6, 12, 24, 48, 72, 144, 288, 500, and Call Sales Rep for Volume Pricing

Number of Embroidered Locations - the fewer the embroidered locations the lower the price.

Number of Stitches - Thread Count determined by size of design and percentage filled) - The fewer the stitches the lower the price.  Our standard pricing includes 8,000 stitches or less.

Type of Shirt/Garment - the type of shirt and the quality of the garment will greatly influence the price.

Set up - One-Time Digitizing Fee. New Logo ranges from $35.00 to $95.00 fee depending on size, item location and stitch count.  If the logo is ordered again at the same size, even on different garments, there is no set up charge. Volume Orders may qualify for Free Digitizing Set-ups.

Design - Free on orders of 72 or more or on customer supplied vector based EPS & AI files.  Otherwise Basic Design charge is $30.00 or $65.00 Hr.

Thread changes - $10.00 per color.  No charge for changing the garment color if the thread doesn't change.

Plus sizes  - XXL and XXXL sizes typically have a cost premium added from the distributor.

Shipping - Varies based on the weight of the shipment and the distance.  We ship from Louisville, KY for most embroidered orders.
